Pokémon China has fully revealed the Eevee & Friends: Dream-Illustrating Figures collection after its initial teaser, confirming the product contents, Chinese release date and the odds attached to its special Eevee version.
The collection is scheduled to release in China on 7 August 2026, with each blind box carrying a recommended price of RMB 99. No Australian release, Australian distributor or local recommended retail price has been announced.
What comes inside each Eevee & Friends box?
Each box contains one randomly selected Pokémon figure based on the artwork of a trading card. The figure is packaged with a matching reverse-holo card, a display stand with a card holder and one Terastal Festival booster pack.
- One random Eevee or Eeveelution-themed figure

- One display stand with a built-in card holder
- One Japanese Terastal Festival booster pack
The concept is designed to place the physical figure directly beside the card artwork that inspired it. That makes the product closer to a small display collectible than a standard Pokémon TCG sealed product.
Collectors interested mainly in opening cards should remember that each box includes only one booster pack. Those wanting a more traditional opening experience can compare the format with the sealed Pokémon products currently available through HazzCardShop.
The special Eevee version has improved odds
The headline chase is a special Eevee figure paired with its Illustration Rare card. PokeBeach reports that the special version is produced at approximately one in every 80 boxes.
Earlier Dream-Illustrating Figure collections reportedly used odds of roughly one in 143 for their secret figure, so the Eevee version appears considerably more achievable than the rarest figure in previous releases. It is still a blind-box product, however, and buying a box does not guarantee a particular character or the Illustration Rare Eevee.

Why Australian collectors may pay attention
Eevee and its evolutions remain among the most widely collected Pokémon, and products that combine exclusive cards, figures and display accessories can attract demand outside their original market. This collection also has several features that could appeal to Australian collectors:

- A card and figure designed to be shown together
- A full theme centred on Eevee and the Eeveelutions
- A special Illustration Rare Eevee chase

That does not automatically make every box valuable. The eventual Australian resale price will depend on availability, import quantities, freight, taxes, seller margins and which figures prove most popular after release.
Is an Australian release confirmed?
No. At the time of writing, this is a confirmed Chinese-market release only. There has been no announcement that the collection will receive an official Australian release.
Australian buyers considering an overseas preorder should check exactly what is being offered. Listings may refer to a single random box, a sealed display containing multiple boxes or a complete opened set. Those are materially different products and should not be compared by headline price alone.

Should collectors open or keep the boxes sealed?
That depends on the collecting goal. Opening provides the figure, card and pack-opening experience, but the random format means duplicates are possible. Keeping a sealed box preserves the surprise, although buyers cannot know which figure is inside.
Collectors chasing a specific character may eventually find it more efficient to buy the individual figure and matching card on the secondary market. Those who enjoy the blind-box experience may prefer opening a small number and trading duplicates.
The included matching card should be protected after opening, particularly if it is the special Illustration Rare Eevee. Suitable sleeves, binders and other trading card accessories can reduce handling and surface damage.

The collection releases in China on 7 August 2026. The most useful information after launch will be confirmed case configurations, real-world pull frequency, packaging quality and the availability of individual figures outside China.
