Fair returns with collector products protected

Our voluntary return terms operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within seven days of receiving the product. It must be unused, complete, in the same condition supplied and unopened where sold as a sealed product. Contact us before returning anything.

Cards and sealed products

Opened sealed trading-card products are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. Individual cards and graded cards may qualify only when they remain in the exact condition supplied, with holders, sleeves, seals and identifying labels unchanged.

Mystery and random products

A random outcome, pull result or perceived secondary-market value is not by itself grounds for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect products

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.
