• Tracked Standard: $9.95 for eligible merchandise subtotals below $199.
• Free Tracked Standard: eligible merchandise subtotal of $199 or more after discounts.
• Express: $16.95 where available. Express remains a paid upgrade.

Bulky products

Selected Palms Off binders, storage cases and other bulky products use separately calculated Australia Post rates and are excluded from the $199 free-shipping offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Dispatch and tracking

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one to two business days. Tracking is sent when available. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by destination, public holidays, weather and peak periods.

Pre-orders and mixed carts

Orders containing pre-order and in-stock products may be held until all products are available unless split shipping is offered, purchased or agreed.
