Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Australia with careful packing, clear handling times and tracked delivery options where available.

Every order is packed carefully and shipped from Australia using Australia Post or another suitable tracked carrier where available.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, large restocks, preorder arrivals or major releases, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Important: Free shipping does not automatically apply to singles, graded slabs, binders, accessories or other non-sealed items. These products are priced differently because singles are live-priced and larger items such as binders can vary significantly in shipping cost.

Free Shipping on Sealed Products

HazzCardShop offers free shipping Australia-wide on eligible sealed products where shipping has been built into the product price. This generally applies to sealed TCG products such as booster boxes and other sealed Pokémon or One Piece products where shown.

Singles, Graded Slabs, Binders & Accessories

Shipping for singles, graded slabs, binders, accessories and other non-sealed items is calculated at checkout.

These items do not automatically include free shipping because singles are live-priced and larger items such as binders or storage products can be heavier, bulkier and more expensive to send safely.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both sealed products and non-sealed products, shipping may be calculated at checkout depending on the items in the cart.

This helps ensure bulky, heavy or live-priced items are charged fairly without building unnecessary shipping cost into every product.

Delivery Timeframes

Metro areas: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
Regional areas: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post, courier networks, public holidays, weather events and the destination.

Pre-Orders

Preorder items are dispatched on or shortly after the advertised release date, once stock has arrived and been processed.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the full order may be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page or arranged with HazzCardShop.

Packaging

Orders are packed carefully based on the type of product ordered. Singles, slabs, sealed products, binders and accessories may require different packaging methods to help protect them during delivery.
