These terms govern use of our website and purchases made through the HazzCardShop online store.
Orders and availability
Products remain subject to availability. An order may be reviewed for payment, inventory, fraud, pricing and fulfilment issues before acceptance. If we cannot supply a purchased product, an appropriate refund or other lawful remedy will be provided.
Products and pricing
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We take reasonable steps to describe products accurately and will handle genuine pricing or listing errors fairly.
Collectibles and random products
Unless expressly stated, no particular pull, rarity, grade, character, resale value or secondary-market outcome is guaranteed. Trading cards and collectibles can fluctuate in value.
Consumer rights
Nothing in our terms or store policies excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
